Arrests

Frank Celestino, 30, of Lewis Street, was arrested on the charges of failing to stop/yield, trafficking 36-plus grams of a Class A drug, and two counts of possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug at 11:44 a.m. Monday.

Jonathan Arslanian, 62, of Rolfs Lane in Newbury, was arrested on warrant charges of a second offense operating under the influence, unregistered motor vehicle, and unlawful possession of ammunition at 2:27 p.m. Wednesday.

Donna Davis-Camp, 54, of Willow Street, was arrested on the charges of trespassing, wilful malicious want to damage, and disturbing the piece at 8:29 p.m. Wednesday.

Mayelin Pena, 30, of Nelson Drive in Randolph, was arrested on a trespassing charge at 10:46 p.m. Wednesday.

Elvin Coreano-Figueroa, 30, of Union Street, was arrested on the charges of trespassing and possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit drug at 10:59 p.m. Wednesday.

Cheimy Fernandez, was arrested on warrant charges of breaking and entering, assault and battery, and destruction of property at 4:48 a.m. Thursday.
