Manchester United have identified RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko as their main target to bolster their frontline.
The Slovenian was a top target for the Red Devils two years ago, but he chose to agree a pre-transfer deal with Leipzig from Salzburg.
Sesko has been a key player for the German club this term with 14 goals but he could be set for a bigger challenge soon.
There is currently a release clause worth €50m in his deal and United are aiming to purchase him ahead of their rivals.
Aside from United, Arsenal and Chelsea are also keeping tabs on the performances of the highly-rated marksman.
The Gunners want him to lead their attack as the first-choice which may not be a guarantee with the Red Devils.
With the presence of Rasmus Hojlund at United, Sesko’s playing time could be limited under manager Erik ten Hag next season.
Aside from this, Arsenal could also have an edge with Champions League football which Chelsea and United are unlikely to offer next term.
