press-releases

SAUGUS – A gas main break by 65 Holland St. was reported Sunday morning. The town’s Fire Department was present on the scene.

According to Saugus Fire Capt. Tom Nolan, a homeowner was working on their yard and accidentally compromised a low-pressure gas line.

“There are very low readings of gas,” Nolan said. “National Grid workers are here, they’ll repair it.”
