To the editor:

It is my pleasure and honor to recommend Danielle Leonard for the Town of Swampscott’s Select Board. I’ve known Danielle for many years on a personal level and as a coworker within the Swampscott Public Schools. I’ve watched as Danielle has positively integrated herself and her family into her neighborhood and the community of Swampscott, always willing to help out and lend a hand.

As a school employee, I witnessed how she was able to deliver results and transform the quality of communication and services to both the staff and student population, making personal connections with everyone she encountered. Danielle consistently went out of her way to tackle problems and devise solutions. She demonstrated leadership skills, has extensive experience in business administration and budgeting, and always shows a willingness to contribute in the workplace.

Danielle will be a strong addition to the Select Board, and she has my highest recommendation!
