Constance M. “Connie” Moisa of Mattituck passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024. She was 99.
The family will receive friends Monday, April 22 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 23 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Sacred Heart R.C. Cemetery in Cutchogue.
