Chelsea have suffered a fresh blow with Malo Gusto picking up a hamstring injury in the Premier League draw against Burnley.
The Frenchman has been in superb form in recent weeks in the injury absence of Reece James, but he has now suffered a setback.
The right-back sustained a hamstring issue against the Clarets earlier today and the Blues now face an anxious wait over the extent of the damage.
James underwent a surgery for a serious hamstring injury back in December and Mauricio Pochettino is still unsure when he could return.
There is no guarantee that James will be available for the season run-in and the setback for Gusto could be a huge blow for the London side.
Alfie Gilchrist replaced the Frenchman during the closing stages of the game and he was far from comfortable on the defensive side.
We could see Axel Disasi move into the right-back position in future. Marc Cucurella could also be considered for the role going forward.
Aside from Gusto, the Blues are also without left-back Ben Chilwell, who returned from international duty recently with a fresh injury.
